Torque Test

We have professional equipment for testing and management for the torque of our fastening products. We can provide customers with product solutions based on the test data. In addition to testing and analyzing the initial torque, turning torque, and breaking torque, we can provide data such as suggested torque ranges for customers to use our products most effectively and safely.

Testing for Environmentally Hazardous Substance

Spectrophotometer

Spectrophotometer is used to measure the presence and content of hexavalent chromium compounds, which are prohibited substances contained in galvanized products.
We conduct surveys and provide responses not only to our own products, but also to our customers’ products at customers’ requests.

X-ray Fluorescence Analyzer

The XRF (X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer) can analyze the presence and content of chemical substances such as the 6 substances prohibited by RoHS regulations.
Since the product sample is analyzed without physical contact, it can be used even after testing. This test is conducted on our products as a service warranty to the customer.

Plating quality/corrosion resistance test

X-ray Fluorescent Analysis Thickness Meter

The XRF test allows non-contact measurement of the plating thickness on the part surface. This ensures the plating is within specified thickness range. Test data can be provided.

35℃~50℃ Salt Spray Testing Machine

We can perform salt spray tests that exceed JIS standards, up to 50℃, to ensure plating is optimal for customers’ requirement. Test data can be provided.

Profilometer

It can detect the contours, surface shapes, dimensions, angles, radians, etc. of various complex parts, and can output the measurement data to AUTOCAD, WORD or EXCEL.

Imaging Measuring Equipment

This is a high-precision image dimension measuring instrument that measures dimensions from the projected image of the target object captured by a 6.6-megapixel monochrome C-MOS camera. It instantly measures the length, diameter, angle, etc. of any part using the projected image obtained. The measured data can be downloaded in AUTOCAD, WORD or EXCEL. High-precision, continuous measurement is made possible with imaging technology that overcomes the shortcomings of projectors.
